The basics
You're making a deal with a real Moroccan company. Using the app means you accept the deal.
1.1Who we areElyra Mobility SARL, registered in Morocco (
RC 12345, ICE 002 12345 67890). HQ in Rabat.1.2What you agree toBy using the app or any vehicle, you accept these terms. They form a binding contract between you and Elyra.
Your account
Be 18+, be yourself, keep your password to yourself.
2.1Eligibility18+, valid ID, not banned from a previous account. Misrepresenting your age is grounds for permanent ban.
2.2Your responsibilitiesKeep your password secure. Don't share your account. Tell us within 24 hours if you suspect unauthorized use.
Riding rules
Follow the law, stay in the zones, and only you ride on your account.
3.1Follow local lawYou ride in compliance with Moroccan traffic regulations. Helmet, sober, lit at night, in bike lanes where present.
3.2Designated zones onlyWe geofence operating zones. Riding outside or across no-go zones is grounds for fees and possible suspension.
3.3No transferYou can't lend your account or vehicle to someone else mid-ride. Each rider must be the account holder.
Liability
Normal wear is our problem. Fountain dunks are yours. Acts of god are nobody's.
4.1Damage caused by youReasonable wear is on us. Negligence (curb-jumping, fountain dunks, etc.) is on you. We'll show you the evidence.
4.2Force majeureWeather, civil unrest, infrastructure failures: out of our control, no liability assigned.
Termination
Leave whenever you want. If we suspend you, you'll know why - in writing.
5.1By youDelete your account anytime in settings. We process within 30 days.
5.2By usWe can suspend for fraud, repeated rule violations, or non-payment. We give you written notice and a chance to respond.
Disputes
Email us first - most things resolve there. Otherwise: Rabat courts, Moroccan law.

6.2JurisdictionUnresolved disputes fall under the courts of Rabat, Morocco. Moroccan law governs.
