[02] · During the ride
It won't. We monitor battery and reserve a margin. If it does, we credit you and dispatch a replacement within 15 min.
Light rain, yes. Heavy rain, please don't. The scooter will warn you if conditions are unsafe.
One tap in the app. We locate you, dispatch help, and contact emergency services if needed. See safety.
[03] · Parking & ending
Designated hubs, clearly marked on the app map. Outside hubs, end-ride is blocked.
You photograph the parked scooter. Our AI checks it's parked legally. Takes 3 seconds.
Small fee (10 MAD) and a tap-to-dispute option. We review every dispute manually within 24 hr.
[04] · Billing
Per-second. Ride 90 seconds, pay for 90 seconds. Not 120.
No. Pay as you go on balance - or pick a campus pass if you ride daily.
15% off for verified .ac.ma students. Link your university email in settings.
