Our Commitment

WCAG Compliance

Our website and mobile applications target WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance. We regularly test with assistive technologies including screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, and high-contrast modes.

Inclusive Design

Accessibility is considered from the earliest design phase. Our product team includes accessibility reviews in every sprint, ensuring features are usable by people of all abilities.

Continuous Improvement

We recognize that accessibility is an ongoing effort. We conduct quarterly audits and incorporate user feedback to identify and address barriers.

What We Do

Website

Semantic HTML structure, ARIA labels, keyboard navigation, focus management, color contrast ratios exceeding 4.5:1, and responsive design for all screen sizes.

Mobile App

VoiceOver and TalkBack support, dynamic text sizing, sufficient touch target sizes, and clear visual hierarchy throughout the rider experience.

Physical Fleet

Our vehicle roadmap includes adaptive vehicles designed for riders with physical disabilities. This program is currently in the R&D phase. Contact us to participate in early testing.

Help Us Improve

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our website, app, or with our physical service, we want to know. Please contact us with a description of the issue, the URL or screen where it occurred, and the assistive technology you were using. We aim to respond to accessibility reports within 5 business days.
